Trusted Plumbing and Heating are looking for someone who is self-motivated and willing to learn to join their thriving company. The role's responsibilities will include:

  • Answering the phone
  • Responding to emails
  • Responding to enquiries from social media accounts
  • Printing and Scanning

  • Updating CRM
  • Providing quick responses to internal and external customers
  • Use of initiative to solve problems
  • Managing customer accounts including invoicing
