We're looking for someone with true passion for hospitality and customer services, that person who wants to progress and wants to progress into management:

Duties include:

  • Taking orders and serving food to customers
  • Pouring & Creating cocktails/drinks for our guest
  • Clearing and laying tables
  • Running outside bar
  • Cleaning down your station at end of your shift
  • Ensuring health & safety issues are reported to management
  • Recommending food and describing the dish
  • Checking in guests to their rooms

Physically fit - there is a lot of walking.

Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).
