Apprentice Carpenter T&J CARPENTRY & JOINERY LTD
In this role you will be assisting in the workshop to help build the ongoing projects, you will also have your own tasks which will be your responsibility. You will also be taken to site to help install the projects we have built in the workshop. You will also have the opportunity to help with other 2nd fix carpentry tasks.

Level 2 (GCSE)
We specialise in fitted and freestanding furniture, for example wardrobes, under stairs storage and bespoke kitchens.
We also take on any other 2nd fix carpentry.
This role will be mainly workshop based but will involve site fitting too.
- Discuss plans and job instructions
- Cut and shape timber for floorboards, doors, skirting boards and window frames
- Install kitchens, cupboards and shelving
Requirements and prospects
Able to use a tape measure and have used basic hand tools before (not a necessity).
Punctual, hardworking, well mannered, motivated and keen to learn.
English and Maths GCSE or equivalent.
We would love to continue employment after the apprenticeship finishes.
