As an Apprentice Estimator what will I be doing? Gain operational experience on all aspects of estimating and tendering by assisting the department in the following duties:

  • Measuring and take offs
  • Preliminary Design Liaising with internal and external customers
  • Producing quotations
  • Logging enquiries onto a database, and maintaining and updating when necessary
  • Document preparation and filing
  • Ensure work is carried out to the highest standard and in the interest of the company
  • To complete the required academic and practical training requirements of the apprenticeship
  • To gain knowledge and understanding of other aspects of the Company’s operations by participating in Company assigned training projects as and when required

In addition to the apprenticeship training you will receive experience including mentoring and coaching from experienced members of the team. On this apprenticeship programme you will learn a range of skills.
