Vacancy Description

Duties will include:

  • Reception duties – Dealing with all callers in a friendly and welcoming fashion
  • Answering inbound telephone calls, dealing with calls in a friendly & efficient fashion
  • Keep logs of important telephone calls and mail
  • Verifying timesheets, ID, reference details & personnel papers
  • Working with the Deputy Manager, Recruitment & Training Manager and Care Manager
  • Logging recruitment applications, making appointments for Interviews, organising Training
  • Creating and maintaining files of Job Applications, Care Staff and Care Clients
  • General administrative duties, and keeping the front office clean and tidy
  • Buying tea, coffee, milk and sugar for the office according to need, and reclaiming the cost from petty cash

About the employer

RCS currently operate principally in the Home Health Care market, and have a Frame Contract with Birmingham City Council to supply Carers who provide services in Client’s homes. We also have a Frame Contract with NHS Warwickshire to provide NHS Continuing Health Care services in clients own homes.  We intend to consolidate and build upon these services, to significantly expand our Private Care Clients sector, and increase our geographical reach into Walsall, Worcestershire and Solihull.
