Duties will include (but will not be limited to):

  • Keep members happy
  • Process orders
  • Learn to identify potential problems before they occur and prevent them
  • Work closely with marketing (if we have good feedback, let’s shout about it)
  • Liaise with couriers to ensure timely delivery for member orders
