  • To collate, with assistance, the required minimum information to progress the design and quotations of new gas, electricity and water projects
  • To assist with site surveys and identify the survey routes for new gas, electricity and water connections liaising with customers as necessary to obtain the relevant information
  • To attend pre-start meetings with clients and relay basic utility information such as timescales, customer requirements and processes
  • Liaise with various suppliers and the Networks over telephone and email to help progress various multi-utility projects toward completion
  • Liaise with clients over telephone and email to keep them updated on the progress of their new connections
  • Update our CRM system to capture project information and document emails/calls
  • Assist in the coordination with suppliers and agents to ensure clarity on deliverables, costs and time scales
  • Support the wider needs of the business as required

  • Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard

Full training will be given leading to a recognised Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard Qualification.

Full on-the-job training will be delivered.

Off-the-job training will be supported by our Training Provider – Davidson Training UK Ltd.

You will also complete the Functional Skills in maths and English up to and including Level 2 (if you already do not hold the equivalent).
