Duties will include, but will not be limited to:

  •  Assist in record keeping
  • Drafting documents and emails based on business need
  • Liaising with clients to ensure that their aims are met and expectations are managed
  • Sending documents to the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office
  • Making authorised payments to vendors when requested
  • Reviewing documents for post / international courier • Handling post and couriered documents for processing
  • Scanning documents and securely retaining copies for internal records
  • Arranging and facilitating meetings / appointments
  • Ensuring internal compliance to regulatory standards under supervision and supervisor checks
  • Completing forms and other documents where attention to detail is crucial
