Role 1. To work in the Quality Support team:

  • This will involve producing and understanding stats analysis
  • Working on Excel Spreadsheets and using Microsoft Word to prepare accurate documentation for audits
  • To support the Quality team when there are internal quality procedures
  • General administrative duties to include answering the telephone, producing letters, collating data, maintaining and updating systems. Inputting data where required

Role 2. To work in the Sales/Design team:

  • Learning & understanding how the Sales/Design department work
  • General administrative duties to include answering the telephone, producing letters, collating data, maintaining and updating systems. Inputting data where required

The location is not necessarily on a public transport route so you need to ensure you would be able to arrive at work on time and be able to get home safely after 5pm.

Applications for this apprenticeship are being processed by North Warwickshire & South Leicestershire College

Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard will be all work based within the school. Time will be given to complete course work and meet the criteria of the standard.

Assessor will conduct regular reviews either on-site or virtually with the apprentice and support them towards end point assessment and completion. All new skills learnt in the workplace will be logged as evidence using the SmartAssessor online portal.
