To work in conjunction with our operational staff in order to become familiar and skilled in Freight Forwarding. Assisting with arrangements for shipments by air, by courier and by road. This involves:
- Advising customers about their shipments
- Finding out information from international carriers
- Preparing customs clearance documentation
- Making delivery arrangements
- Invoicing charges
