Individuals are able to undertake an apprenticeship at a higher level than a qualification they currently hold, including any previously completed apprenticeships. Individuals can also undertake an apprenticeship at the same level, or lower level than a qualification they already hold as long as the new apprenticeship allows for new skills to be acquired and the content of the training is materially different from any previous qualification or apprenticeship. For example, if you already have a Level 4 qualification you still may be able to complete an apprenticeship at any level providing you meet the eligibility criteria and are learning substantive new skills. Please note, if you have been progressed, you will be contacted to complete a telephone interview. About the employer

If you grew up in the Tees Valley anytime since the 1940’s you’ll probably know R Clarke and Sons Butchers. It was a successful family business with a fantastic reputation for providing excellent service and high quality produce - all at a very fair price. We have continued in that tradition and expanded from the old butchers shop to meet the changing needs of our customers, but we’ve never shifted from our guiding principles of service, quality and price. We still cook and prepare in the original premises where the Clarke family lived and worked but our offering has expanded to business lunches, event catering, on the go vans and wholesale sandwiches.
