We are looking for a friendly, punctual and smart individual to join our team. Applicants must have attention to detail and be able to work alone, as well as when part of a team and must be computer literate. Full in-house training will be provided and you will be shadowing senior clerks until confident enough to undertake tasks alone. The duties will include:

Speaking with customers on the phone and face to face

  • Filing from the company archive
  • Updating compliance logs
  • Design the annual newsletter
  • Social Media updates
  • Franking the post
  • Letter folding
  • Other Customer service and administration tasks as required
