We are looking for a friendly, punctual and smart individual to join our team. The applicant must have attention to detail and be able to work alone, as well as when part of a team and must be computer literate.

Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).

Level 2 (GCSE)
We are looking for a friendly, punctual and smart individual to join our team. Applicants must have attention to detail and be able to work alone, as well as when part of a team and must be computer literate. Full in-house training will be provided and you will be shadowing senior clerks until confident enough to undertake tasks alone. The duties will include:
Speaking with customers on the phone and face to face
- Filing from the company archive
- Updating compliance logs
- Design the annual newsletter
- Social Media updates
- Franking the post
- Letter folding
- Other Customer service and administration tasks as required
Requirements and prospects
- Computer literate
- Good knowledge of social media would be an advantage
- Ability to work as part of a team and also on their own
- Attention to detail
- Friendly and outgoing
- Willingness to learn
- Smart looking
GCSE Maths and English (or the equivalent).
