Reporting to the administration manager to carry out duties including:

  • Data entry

  • Collating learner folders and learner files
  • Inivigilating exams

Customer service/reception duties, including:

  • Contacting apprenticeship and traineeship applicants
  • Contacting learners in relation to their attendance
