Responsibilities and duties include:

  • Reception Services including greeting clients, managing meeting room bookings and answering the telephone on behalf of 40+ companies 
  • Customer Services 
  • Health & Safety including writing risk assessments, checking equipment & maintaining records 
  • Administration including archiving, updating records and document management using Microsoft 365.  To include creating and managing document storage, digitalising records and ensuring records up up-to-date 
  • Assisting with the preparation of meetings 
  • Assisting with events planning and running 
  • Adhoc administration as directed by our clients 
  • Assisting with internal meetings and minute taking 
  • Assisting with marketing as directed including writing blogs and proof-reading content 
  • Assisting with data input, including collating data for invoicing purposes

Requirements and prospects

  • Confidence on the phone is desirable but not essential as training will be provided

Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprnenticeship Standard:

  • The candidate will follow a Level 2 Apprenticeship programme and study towards a full Level 2 NVQ in Customer Service Standard 
  • This training will be structured and delivered by Cheshire College – South & West
  • If the candidate does not hold GCSE grades A-C (8-4) or equivalent, they will be required to complete a Level 1 Functional Skill in the relevant subject
