Key responsibilities:

Your working week will be varied but typical roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Diary Management for our Managing Director and Senior Management Team
  • Meeting agenda management, administration, action recording and monitoring
  • Supporting the drafting of powerpoint presentations and sourcing illustrations
  • Ensuring that managers are aware of deadlines for actions assigned by the Managing Director and that they are completed on time
  • Sending out reminders and ensuring that employees are compliant when asked to update corporate performance data and action updates
  • Supporting office management duties such as setting up meeting rooms, greeting guests, office supplies, accepting deliveries and storing office goods
  • Shredding, filing, printing, buying refreshments, phone answering
  • First line enquiry support for sub-tenants within the building
  • Help draft and send out corporate messages via e-mail and online

Jobholders are required to undertake any other duties within their capabilities as may be reasonably required.

About the employer

Sutton Housing Partnership was set up in 2006 to manage council housing stock on behalf of Sutton Council.

We provide day-to-day housing management services to Sutton Council tenants and leaseholders.

Our responsibilities are to:
  • Manage tenancy and leasehold agreements
  • Collect rent, service charges and major works bills
  • Repair and maintain housing stock and communal areas
  • Carry out planned major works to homes and neighbourhoods
  • Manage local estates including caretaking, cleaning and maintaining grounds
