Customer Service Apprentice BRIDAL RELOVED LTD
Working within a small team within the shop of Bridal Beloved, the customer service apprentice will learn all aspects of meeting and greeting and ensuring that each bride feels special as they choose their gown. They will advise and provide outstanding customer service to each customer.

Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).

Working within the team of Bridal Reloved based in Poundbury, the customer service apprentice will have full induction on how and what is expected of them during their apprenticeship.
They will be the first point of contact for any bride to be looking for that specail dress.
The role will include:
- Meeting and greeting and ensuring the bride feels special
- Taking measurements
- Advising and offering suggestions
- Taking bookings via the website and over the phone
- Engaging with new customers via social media
- Ensuring the website is up to date with new ranges
- Product knowledge and understanding designers
- Communicating with wedding planners and photographers
- Looking after the bride from her first visit to the last
- Providing outstanding service
This is a great opportunity for an apprentice to get a real understanding of all areas of customer service from face to face to over the phone and be a part of the brides special day.

GCSE maths and English C/4 or above or equivalent
Prospect of progression to a higher level apprenticeship qualification and to progress within the business. Prospect of a permanent position for the right candidate on completion of the Apprenticeship
Things to consider
From 1st April 2020, the National Minimum Wage (NMW) rate for apprentices is £4.15 per hour. This rises annually as set by government. This applies to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged over 19 in the first year of an Apprenticeship. For all other apprentices the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies. The Minimum Wage for Apprentices applies to time spent on the job plus time spent training.

Customer service practitioner standard:
Training, support and mentoring will all be provided by the team at Bridal Reloved with the support and coaching from the apprenticeship training coordinator from Weymouth college and tutor when the apprentice attends college once a week.
