In this role the successful candidate will work in a well-established courier service who specialise in same day delivery, European express, document courier, timed bookings, wait and return, dedicated overnight, contract logistics, event logistics and also bespoke solutions.

Duties to include:

  • Data inputting
  • Customer bookings via telephone and email
  • Tracking delivery's both in and out
  • Use system for minute to minute update service
  • Working with booking for delivery drivers in and out
  • Maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
  • Be directly involved in the preparation of meetings and events
  • Answering phone calls
  • Provide general office support to all staff
  • Attending meetings
  • Dealing with general enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Liaising with other staff
