Apprentice Mechanic Aps Services
Chertsey based garage looking for an apprentice to assist with day to day running of the garage. The chosen candidate will need to be able to work without too much assistance and will already have some Motor Vehicle experience.

Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).

Chertsey based garage looking for enthusiastic apprentice to work five to six days a week (six days are only available for applicants 18+) and one day a week at college.
The chosen applicant will be expected to work alongside a trained technician and assist with tasks such as:
- MOT testing
- Car and van servicing
- Tyre replacements
- Welding and exhaust replacements
Eventually being able to carry out these tasks unassisted.
Requirements and prospects
- The chosen applicant will have some experience in working in a garage and should be able to carry out basic tasks without much prompting
- Hard working
- Logical thinking
- No formal qualifications are required however the candidates with relevant knowledge/qualification will be considered first
Upon successful completion of the qualification, your position within the company will be discussed, ideally you will be offered a full-time role.
Things to consider
Driving licence is preferable but not essential.
