The Bureau is currently looking for friendly and reliable individuals to provide telephone and admin support for our Chatham office. You will be receiving and making calls, receiving mails, and other admin functions. Our office is based in Chatham (ME5 7DX) and ideally, you will be expected to be living around Medway towns.

Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).

- You will be receiving and making calls
- Receiving mails, and other admin functions.
You must have good listening and speaking skills, be persuasive, friendly and courteous. Good telephone manner is required. You must also have basic literacy and numeracy skills. Our office is based in Chatham (ME5 7DX) and ideally, you will be expected to be living around Chatham and surrounding areas or in Medway towns.
Requirements and prospects
- Excellent Time Management Skills;
- Good Communication and Customer Service Skills;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic IT;
- Strong Record Keeping Skills;
- Strong Attention to Detail;
- Ability to Handle Confidential Information;
You must also have basic literacy and numeracy skills. Preferably a GCSE
Progression to level 3 and office adminstrator
