Dynamic People Limited is a Home Care Agency that specializes in the provision of high quality care to elderly individuals, people with mental health difficulties including those with Dementia and Alzheimer’s disease, Adults and Children with Physical and learning difficulties, Children with Autism including those with mild to moderate challenging behaviours, people with sensory impairment, HIV/AIDS, individuals recovering from illness and after discharge from hospital.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Preparing, checking and posting out invoices to clients
  • Responsible for monitoring and maintain Electronic Call Monitoring system- responding to alerts promptly
  • Working with SAGE Payroll and SAGE Accounts software
  • Manually logging in calls on ECM system(CM2000)
  • General administration of ECM (CM2000) following training
  • Scan, file and log accounting documents
  • Enter data, maintain records and lunch reports and financial statements
  • Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner
  • Taking telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate or directing them to the appropriate staff members
  • General administrative duties such as answering the telephone, filing, re-ordering stationery supplies and other materials that may be required within the business and other ad hoc support as required
  • Liaising with the company’s Accountants
  • Processes company's payroll every pay period
  • Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data
  • Computes employee take-home pay based on time records, benefits, and taxes
  • Answers staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records
  • Receives and coordinates requests for leave and other absences
  • Handles changes in exemptions, job status, and job titles
  • Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law
  • Identifies, investigates, and resolves discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records
  • Honours confidentiality of employees' pay records
  • Completes payroll reports for record-keeping purposes or managerial review
  • Performs the distribution of wages through issuance of paper checks or direct transfers to employees' bank accounts
