Fantastic opportunity to work in one of London's most iconic restaurants, with experienced chefs, learning all aspects of preparation and cooking of meat, fish, poultry, vegetables, desserts, and pastry. You will also learn kitchen skills, food safety in catering.

Level 2 (GCSE)
Chef Apprenticeship position available to learn the preparation and cooking of all fresh ingredients on site. This will include:
You will learn basic kitchen skills and in addition learn about:

- Health & safety
- Storage and cleaning

- GCSE English and maths grades A-D (or equivalent)
- GCSE Cookery/Food Tech desirable
Upon successful completion of Commis Chef (Level 2) apprenticeship you may be able to progress to Chef de Partie (L3) Apprenticeship.
Things to consider
Please research the location of this position consider your commute in terms of time and cost. Remember you will be on your feet all day! You will be working in a hot and busy kitchen
Also, you will work a rota which may require you to work weekends and evenings .
