We are currently looking for a Business Admin Apprentice with the ability to work effectively and calmly in a highly demanding role and to provide high quality administration services to support the teams within the department. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, efficient, flexible and committed to help us deliver an excellent service in a very busy environment. 

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Sending New B2B Letters and follow up calls
  • Preparing different business databases, sending letters and follow up calls
  • Preparing and Updating Fee Structure
  • Preparing formal quotations
  • Doing fee analysis for clients with quotations to resolve issues
  • Outdoor visits – up to 15 businesses per day
  • To liaise with Total Solutions for Website maintenance and SEOs update
  • Attending Networking events – 2/3 events in a month
  • Preparing Marketing Material and ordering for printing
  • Sending Referral Letters – Existing Active Clients and Lost Non Active Client
  • Making sure all the inventory for marketing is in hand
  • Updating Billing, Projections and Budgets for new and lost clients
  • Help with archiving when needed
  • General Office if time available
  • Ad hoc work as requested by senior management
  • Social Media
  • Preparing and giving presentations for events

Personal qualities

  • The ideal candidate will be a hard worker, highly organised and able to work independently. They must have excellent written and verbal communication
  • Good numeracy is also desirable for this role, and previous office experience is an advantage, but not essential

Desired qualifications

GCSEs:

  • A - C in Maths or equivalent
  • A - C in English or equivalent
