We are looking for a motivated, committed and talented individual who is looking for a career, not just a job. You need to be enthusiastic to provide great customer service and have a passion for Subway!

You will get started in one of your local Subway Stores and learn all the skills needed to become a excellent Sandwich Artist.

  • This will include great customer skills,
  • Learning all the sandwich combinations and how to make them, as well as other food prep such as baking
  • Making sure the store is at peak readiness at all times.
  • Cleaning duties

You will learn the processes to open and close the store whilst making sure the store is ready for the day ahead. This will involve:

  • Learning alongside another member of the team, and then running the shift on your own.

  • Procedures to close the store. This will involve cleaning the store ready for the next day, and making sure everything is prepared

  • You will then be enrolled at the Subway University and complete the in house courses.

  • Good organisations skills and be able to prioritise tasks

Personal qualities

  • You must be keen, motivated and have a flare for customer service and dealing with people
  • You should be aspiring towards a long term career and looking to take that first step on the ladder towards management.

Qualifications required

  • English and Maths grades A-C or equivalent

Future prospects

This is a 2 year programme with the opportunity to become a manager of a subway store on completion of the training course and for the right candidate.
