  • Joining us as a Marketing and Sales Administrator, you will become part of our small office based team and will take responsibility for processing orders using Sage 50. Your daily responsibilities will also include:


  • Online promotion of the brand and products using social media
  • Supporting the management of the company website
  • Dealing with customer queries and orders by email and phone
  • Processing orders using Sage 50 and liaising with warehouse team
  • Processing orders using unique customer EDI systems
  • Arranging transport for goods
  • Arranging invoices for customers
  • Checking stock
  • Assisting the Office Manager and Credit Controller with invoices, filing, day books and Intra stats
  • Assisting the marketing team with research
  • There may even be possibilities of attending events to promote the company alongside colleagues.
  • Competitor Analysis
  • Speaking to new and existing businesses to promote the company

No formal qualifications required but assessment will be carried out at interview to determine whether this programme is suitable.

The successful candidate can go onto further training or an apprenticeship at Level 3, or into employment.

For further information please contact Beverley Woodhouse The National Minimum Wage (NMW) rate for apprentices is £3.40 per hour from the 1st October 2016. This applies to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged over 19 in the first year of their Apprenticeship. For all other apprentices the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies. The Minimum Wage for Apprentices applies to time spent on the job plus time spent training.
