We have apprenticeship vacancies for Early Years Educators at both level 2 and level 3. You will be part of an exciting and innovative early years provision that places the wellbeing of children at the heart of all it does. You will work alongside a highly qualified steam while learning about child development and education.

The current National Minimum Wage for an apprentice is £3.50 an hour. This rate applies to apprentices under 19 and those aged 19 or over who are in their first year.
Apprentices must be paid at least the minimum wage rate for their age if they are aged 19 or over and have completed their first year.
The minimum wage rates are £5.60 an hour for 18-20 year olds and £7.05 for anyone aged 21 and over.
Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that’s part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).

Advanced Level Apprenticeship
We have vacancies for Early Years Educators at both level 2 and level 3.
You will be part of an exciting and innovative early years provision that places the wellbeing of children at the heart of all it does.
You will work alongside a highly qualified steam while learning about child development and education.
Your Daily duties will include:
- To support the nursery staff in working in partnership with parents, both formally and informally.
- To communicate and engage with children to support their speech and language development.
- To communicate effectively with members of the nursery team.
- To welcome parents to the nursery in a cheerful and friendly manner.
Requirements and prospects
- Neat handwriting
- Able to use a computer- word is a minimum
- Good time management
- Enjoys helping children to learn
- Able to play
- Physically able to cope with the demands of the job.
Literacy and numeracy GCSE C or equivalent or above
About the employer
To become equipped with the skills and knowledge at a high level to join the early education and child care workforce.
Day to day support will be given by the employer and on-site training will be provided by Professional Training Solutions for your Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification or your Level 2.
