The role of the Recruitment Administrator entails:

  • Updating the candidate and client databases
  • Reviewing advert response and marking candidates as suitable/unsuitable for work
  • Searching for candidates that meet with specific criteria
  • Booking interviews for potential candidates
  • Putting job adverts live on various job boards
  • Interviewing candidates over the phone
  • Reformatting CV's for Account Managers to send to clients
  • Dealing with candidate enquiries and taking messages
  • Other ad hoc duties as required

  • Good command of English language, both written and spoken

Qualifications required
