Duties will include assisting the Social Media and Marketing Co-ordinator with the following:

  • Provide a full administrative support to the Social Media and Marketing Co-ordinator
  • Facebook - marketing, adverts and analysis
  • You Tube - designing promotional videos
  • Brand Development – attracting traffic to our web site
  • Design – designing promo materials both on-line and offline
  • Newsletter – managing our monthly internal newsletter
  • Marketing – designing mailshots to send to businesses
  • Advert writing – placing job adverts on Facebook and job boards
  • Events – attending charity events and social events
  • Job fairs – attending local job fairs and attracting new candidates
  • Press Releases – writing and sending out press releases to media outlets
