Main duties of the Apprenticeship role are as follows:

  • Filing of records paper based and electronically
  • Using photocopier efficiently
  • Dealing with travel booking on the phone and face to face
  • Providing information to travel passengers
  • Communicate with customers in basic French on occasion
  • Processing bookings for travel
  • Updating customers of changes
  • Provide a professional level of customer service
  • Handle queries and complaints or escalate to managers
  • Email communication including Outlook calendar
  • Producing documents for operations and management
  • Assisting with the reporting and analysis of sales data
  • Demonstrate an understanding of market trends and forces
  • Provide administrative support to the manager

Any ad hoc duties to support the smooth running of the Global Link office.
