Duties would include:

  • Prepare, cook and present food to company specification
  • Keep kitchen clean, tidy and hygienic at all times
  • Work safely around kitchen equipment and monitor and deal with any maintenance issues
  • Keep up to date with new products, menus and promotions
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures and licensing laws
  • Be involved and contribute at all team meetings
  • Carry out instructions as given by management and head office

About the employer

An attractive Victorian pub close to Covent Garden in the centre of London’s theatreland, the perfect place for some delicious traditional pub food and drink. On the corner of Great Queen Street and Drury Lane sits this handsome Victorian pub. It was first established in 1850 and then rebuilt in early 20th Century, when the street was widened. Around this time the area was becoming more popular due to the theatres and the grand Royal Opera House, which is just a short walk from the Prince of Wales, down Drury Lane.
