Your main duties will include:

  • Learning the companies intranet / website and different coding
  • Answering telephone calls from different departments and fixing any issues
  • Setting up new users and teaching them on how to use the equipment
  • Attending client meetings with your line manager
  • Writing blogs on the company homepage about different matters
  • Getting involved and helping design the new website
  • Responding to emails and general enquiries
  • Reported broken links within the website and fixing these issues

Training is fully supported via Starting Off with half-a-day release once a week.


Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

  • Computer literate in all aspects of Microsoft packages
  • Willing to progress and able to follow instructions and implement new ideas

  • Confident

Qualifications required

  • You will hold 5+ GCSEs A*-C including Maths, English and IT.

Future prospects

Possibility to stay on after successful completion of apprenticeship.
