Things to consider

As this is an entry level role we don’t expect the candidate to have any specific skills as these will be developed on the job. The successful candidate will fulfil the personal qualities and minimum qualifications, rather than a specific skill set. That said, any candidate that has previous agency experience would be at an advantage.  We are a very busy department and can often be working to very tight deadlines. So there is some pressure, but it is very much a team environment where there is always work to do and the more the individual asks to help the more they will experience. We work to the client’s requests and while we can advise and recommend the best route for a client, they ultimately have the final say and this can be frustrating.
