Things to consider

This is a male dominated profession (scaffolding). The location is on the River Thames on a large industrial estate. Whilst a safe environment during the day, when travelling in the winter months its dark with a lot of alleys and the employer would not like to think of someone having to walk to the buses or train station alone. Therefore this would be better suited to someone that drives.
