GSF are recruiting Apprentice Administrator working at their busy Gloucester branch. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company with over 70 stores where the sky is the limit for career progression.

If you are interested in administration, have an eye for detail and are good at solving problems and working as part of a dynamic team, this is the ideal role for you.

Working with individuals across the branch you will be expected to:

  • Ensure all branch administration is completed accurately and timely.
  • Ensure all administration tasks are carried out in line with company procedures including filing and document completion checks.
  • Assist in branch banking procedures on a daily basis to ensure client credit payments are met, debt is minimised, stock is booked and credits are issued.

Training provider

  • This apprenticeship is delivered through work based learning; this means that all training is done at the workplace eliminating the need to attend college.
  • The successful candidate will be allocated an assessor who will visit on site every 4-6 weeks and deliver all of the training to gain the qualification and provide the resources to complete work between visits.
