Duties/ Responsibilities
•    Skilled data entry
•    Answering calls
•    Uploading documents to our system
•    Shadowing senior compliance officer
•    Checking and processing UK police check application forms
•    Contacting schools and other agencies for references
•    Deliver high customer service
•    Checking and signing off candidates documents
•    Meeting deadlines
•    Liaising with sales team
•    Assist compliance with daily tasks - helping with candidate registrations and inductions
•    Deliver excellent customer service, at all times
•    Provide support to the compliance department when dealing with candidates and school quires 
•    Assist with CRM portal administration tasks
