We are a liquidity provider for banks and brokers are currently seeking a highly motivated individual for a Level 4 Software Developer role.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Deliver innovative technology in line with business requirements
  • Liaising with clients to discuss requirements and/or project progress
  • Work as part of a motivated and focused team maintaining existing websites
  • Meeting/liaising with clients to discuss requirements and/or project progress
  • Testing websites to ensure it is working and converting results
  • Building test environments
  • Generation of specifications and design documentation
  • Producing detailed specifications and developing web applications
  • Keep accurate records of the development process, changes and results
  • Testing web applications in controlled, real situations before going live

Requirements and prospects

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Python or Java would be beneficial.

Qualifications required

For apprentices 19 or over who have completed their first year and are continuing their apprenticeship, the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies. The wage for Apprentices applies to both time spent on the job plus time spent training.
