Things to consider

- The role requires a considerable amount of physical work - a good portion of time each day will be spent cleaning. - As all our cakes are made by hand, days can be long and physically tiring, and will involve most of the day being physically active. - There can be an element of repetition in the work, but it can also be hugely varied and engaging with opportunity for creativity to blossom. - The role involves shift work, so the hours/days worked will vary from week to week, and will include at least one weekend day each week. - As a small business, there will be the chance to engage in and have an input into the company. - High standards are expected to be followed at all times.
