Role to include but not limited to:

  • Post including sorting and delivery/collection.
  • Reception duties to include answering the phone and dealing with clients coming into the office. 
  • Photocopying, Faxing.
  • Managing digital archive system.
  • Filing/Retrieving.
  • Archiving/Retrieving closed files.
  • Dealing with suppliers. 
  • General assistance to other members of staff.

  • The successful candidate will be completing an NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration.
  • On the job training to be provided by the employer.
  • Apprenticeship to be delivered within the workplace.
  • You will also be completing your Technical Certificate and Employment Rights and Responsibilities Workbook.
  • Also, unless exempt, you will be required to complete your Functional Skills in Maths, English, and ICT.
