As our ‘Apprentice Superstar’, you will be joining a small team that helps to provide fantastic customer service and process orders. You will also assist the marketing and sales team when necessary. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Deal with customer queries and orders by email and phone
  • Contacting customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Process orders using unique customer EDI systems
  • Arrange transport for goods
  • Arrange invoices for customers
  • Check stocks
  • Assist the Finance Manager and Credit Controller with invoices, expenses, general filing, day books and Intrastats
  • Assist marketing with research
  • Assist the Office Coordinator with organising staff social events
  • Assisting with various customer service and housekeeping projects

Qualifications required
