Duties to include:

  • You will be the first point of contact for both telephone and face to face enquiries, taking messages where appropriate, as well as providing hospitality for clients and visitors to the office.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining and updating the client database, whilst managing client and supplier enquiries.
  • You will give admin support to all the sales team members.
  • You will assist with completing all necessary documentation for contracts, including raising purchase orders and match all relevant paperwork.
  • You will also support the sales process through follow up calls to clients, chasing quotations.
  • Other duties to support the business will include filing, faxing, photocopying, scanning documents, and sending emails to clients.
