Reporting to the General Manager, duties will include:

  • Maintaining company information systems ensuring effective information security.
  • Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls, in a professional, and courteous manner, dealing with queries where appropriate
  • Welcome and direct visitors and clients, and record them as visitors
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Maintain filing system
  • Handle requests for information and data
  • Resolve administrative problems and enquiries
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
  • Administering all statutory and Company Health and Safety policies and procedures
  • Produce documents using Microsoft packages
  • Ensure to contribute to delivering high levels of customer service
  • Filing, faxing, photo copying and other general office duties that may be required
  • Work to tight deadlines and use own initiative
  • Working with a multiple amount of jobs at one time all over the UK
  • Process information about customers

This is the legal minimum pay per hour applying to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their apprenticeship.
