You will work as part of a team consisting of your team leader and other customer service operatives.

The role involves booking face to face provisional appointments for the potential customer to receive a free no obligation quote on their chosen home improvement project.

You will achieve 100% customer services through the role; using these skills on a daily basis.

From this role; you learn the background of Prestige Midlands Ltd, the art of objection, handling good customer service and overview of the infrastructure behind getting quotations and booking appointments.
