Atlas Hotels is looking for a Guest Service Manager (GSM).

  • taking responsibility for delivering a fantastic experience for every guest at our hotel.
  • communicating effectively with guests
  • leading the team and being willing to get stuck in 
  • presenting a professional and friendly face for the hotel.
  • being friendly, professional and confident with customers.
  • dealing with concerns from guests or colleague and making things right.
  • supervising serving at the bar,
  • supervising preparing breakfast,
  • taking reservations,
  • ensuring our housekeeping and maintenance teams are aware of any issues,
  • delegate and monitoring tasks

Qualifications required

Grade C Maths and English is desirable although Functional Skills are available in these areas to complete the framework
