The role:

We are a motivated, organised and hard-working individual who wants to gain experience, money and a qualification. Somebody who has had previous employment and understands the hustle and bustle of each working day.

Primary responsibilities:

  1. To represent the company in a professional manner always, on the telephone, face to face and in written communication.
  2. To be aware of the quality assurance policies of the company.
  3. To maintain and update paper and electronic records always.
  4. Assist with applications for enhanced DBS documents for care workers and other office staff.


Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5pm

  2. A quick learner with excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate work.

Qualifications required

  1. Minimum grade C-A* in five GCSE, including Maths and English (or Functional Skills level 2 in both).
  2. You will also have good knowledge of IT including all Microsoft packages. 

Future prospects

1. Full-time opportunity available if the candidate excels in the role. 2. Higher level Apprenticeship available following successful completion of the initial Apprenticeship.
