The job will entail assisting with the expansion of business levels by helping with marketing, admin involving new property instructions and client correspondence and communications, aiding the provision of a highly responsive, professional to clients and customers.

Intermediate Level Apprenticeship
Initially the job will entail an amount of administration including the typing and input of property details, uploading photos, dealing with client correspondence, emailing and filing documents. Once experienced, more customer liaison will be required including assisting with viewings and handling incoming queries from tenants, landlords, buyers and vendors.
Requirements and prospects
- Typing and IT skills
- Good level of English and spelling,
- Good communication skills
- Confident and friendly personality
A - C grade in Maths and English GCSE or equivalent
