Administration Apprentice Team Building Systems Limited
A great opportunity to get involved supporting the Administrator in all their duties and have links to the rest of the business. You will be involved in all aspects of the business and this role will give someone an all round knowledge and experience in many aspects of commercial business.

The current National Minimum Wage for an apprentice is £3.50 an hour. This rate applies to apprentices under 19 and those aged 19 or over who are in their first year.
Apprentices must be paid at least the minimum wage rate for their age if they are aged 19 or over and have completed their first year.
The minimum wage rates are £5.60 an hour for 18-20 year olds and £7.05 for anyone aged 21 and over.
Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that’s part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).

Intermediate Level Apprenticeship
This role, for an apprentice as an Administration Assistant, will be involved in all apsects of ths business, providing office and administration support. The role will report directly to the Administrator and roles would include general office duties such as:
- Data entry
- Taking incoming telephone calls
- Database control
- Stock lists
- Quotations and letters
- Time clocks and timesheet control
- Dealing with customers
Requirements and prospects
- Good IT Skills: Microsoft packages, Outlook, Social Media understanding: Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, You Tube, eBay
- Data Entry and filing
- Database management
(Not all essential as can be trained)
- Good timekeeping
- Well presented
- Willingness to get involved in anything
You must have GCSE grade D (or equivalent) or above in English and Maths.

- Level 2 Diploma in Business and Administration
- Level 2 Technical Certificate
- Level 1 Functional Skills in English, Maths, and ICT (where applicable)
