About the employer

Team Building Systems Ltd is now in its seventh year of trading, set up by two directors from nothing. We now employ over 10 people with about the same number of regular subcontractors too and have grown in size year on year. Within these first few years many changes have happened to the business as it's evolved and we don't expect that to stop now either. Every day is different, however we do now have a small team of good, supportive and hardworking people who work well together but also have their own roles within the company and responsibilities. The business is to provide new and refurbished modular and cabin solutions to our customers, from our site in Alconbury. This can involve a single sale of one jackleg cabin or a full turnkey package of a large building involving all aspects such as building control, planning, haulage, craneage, installation crews, building trades, groundworks, etc.
