An enthusiastic individual, willing to learn and with the ability to work calmly under pressure.  Able to work as part of a team.  Rudimentary knowledge of HACCP standards and basic chef skills would be an advantage.

Things to consider

The role may require long periods of hectic activity on your feet serving at table and preparing food. This is a role that demands physical fitness at a basic level.
