Duties include:

  • Create CNC programmes for Amada laser cutting machine using Dr Abe software.
  • To assist in the following:-
  • Creation of drawings using Autodesk CAD software
  • Internal Works Orders.

Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

Computer Literate.  Good communication skills. Experience of using CAD would be an advantage.

Personal qualities

Positive attitude, motivated, enthusiastic. Dynamic.  Ability to use own initiative.

Qualifications required

GCSEs Maths and English A-C

Future prospects

Possibility of full time position upon completing apprenticeship.

Things to consider

You will attend College in Wolverhampton one day per week.
