We are a virtual office, our aim is to help support small business' and help them grow. The services we provide are telephone answering, boardroom hire, office rental, use of address services, mail handling and accounts. The apprentice will be working alongside two ladies on main reception. The job role includes answering the phone (dealing with enquiries/ taking messages to pass on to clients/ staff), completing general admin tasks which is anything from typing up documents, franking the mail, taking payments, using office equipment. The employer will have face to face contact with clients everyday, meaning they will build a client relationship. They will also have access to our calendars so they can book people into the boardroom and make appointments on behalf of our employer. We each have our own individual, daily tasks to keep up the maintenance of the building.

This course is divided into a number of different topics which supplement the practical work of the Apprenticeship but also develop your awareness and understanding of how businesses operate and their influences within their external environment. You will learn:
