Our Client is looking for an Apprentice Candidate Support Advisor to join their friendly and professional team.

Business partners Anand and Becky set up A&B Recruitment in 2014 and since then, the company has gone from strength to strength in developing and establishing A&B within the local recruitment market by building strong client relationships and a professional, honest service.

The job role is varied but the main duties will include:

  • Printing and collation of registration Interview packs
  • Designing new forms and templates to aid consultants or processes
  • Updating job window cards, job boards, website and the in-house system to maintain the validity and accuracy of the live jobs
  • Processing CRB checks and ensuring candidate packs comply with client standards to be sent directly to the client
  • Customer Service (client and candidate) face to face and over the telephone
  • Responsible for updating social media posts
  • Occasional registration interviews
  • Formatting CV’s
  • Formatting documents
  • CV Matching/Resourcing
  • Typing job descriptions
  • Collating testimonials and evaluation documents from clients
  • Maintaining the database

Please note full training will be provided.

The weekly wage is set at £150, to rise throughout the course of the apprenticeship.
