    Wages explained

    The current National Minimum Wage for an apprentice is £3.50 an hour. This rate applies to apprentices under 19 and those aged 19 or over who are in their first year.
    Apprentices must be paid at least the minimum wage rate for their age if they are aged 19 or over and have completed their first year.
    The minimum wage rates are £5.60 an hour for 18-20 year olds and £7.05 for anyone aged 21 and over.
    Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that’s part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).

  • Working week

    Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week, 8.30am to 5.00pm with 1 hour for lunch.

This exciting business administration position will be in support of the current Linx Service Team which consists of 6 people (3 client side relationship people and 3 working within finance).  The role is important to us as the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the relationship team with their daily support activities.

The activities will typically be:-

  • Supporting the IT platform and making sure the clients recruitment requirements are distributed out to the various suppliers
  • Collation & distribution of CVs to hiring managers within the client – through the digital platform
  • Capture of management information for the team to formulate reports for the client
  • General admin duties (typical within any office environment)
  • Checking and approving candidate application paperwork before sending over to the client for processing
  • Supporting the Client Relationship Manager/Supply Chain Manager with arrangements and sending of emails.

Full support and training will be given to eventually take on these responsibilities.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Client Service Director but will be tasked daily by the Supply Chain Manager and Client Relationship Manager.
